While I by all means appreciate additional cutoffs, do not discuss any aspect of the test other than scores and qualifiers.- The color coding system is based on bookentry's corresponding entry for last year, where Tier One states are indicated in red, Tier Two in orange, Tier Three in yellow, and Tier Four in green (non-states in blue). I thought it would be interesting to compare the results of a state to its supposed tiers last year and to those from other states.
