A Mock USAMO is a contest designed to imitate the USAMO. When a mock USAMO is run on AoPS/MathLinks, a very wide time window is often allowed to take the mock USAMO. Although there have not been many mock USAMOs hosted by AoPS/MathLinks, there have been several at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
With the introduction of the USAJMO, there are now also Mock USAJMO's.
