Problem

A quadrilateral has vertices $P(a,b)$, $Q(b,a)$, $R(-a, -b)$, and $S(-b, -a)$, where $a$ and $b$ are integers with $a>b>0$. The area of $PQRS$ is $16$. What is $a+b$?
