Decreasing sequence

A sequence $x_1, x_2, x_3, \ldots$ of real numbers is called a decreasing sequence if $x_1 \geq x_2 \geq x_3 \geq \ldots$. If $x_1 > x_2 > x_3 \ldots$, the sequence is called strictly decreasing.
