The givens and the answer choices don't correspond. My solution gives A = 600, but the answer is supposed to be 1/3. I think AF should be much less than 20, but I can't find a copy of the actual question. Can anybody clarify? --I_like_pie 22:30, 4 May 2007 (EDT)

The answer choices are correct, but the problem isn't. The problem should read:

Let $AB$ be a diameter of a circle and let $C$ be a point on $AB$ with $2\cdot AC=BC$. Let $D$ and $E$ be points on the circle such that $DC \perp AB$ and $DE$ is a second diameter. What is the ratio of the area of $\Delta DCE$ to the area of $\Delta ABD$?
