I got my wisdom teeth pulled out this morning. They put me under IV sedation and when I woke up, all 4 teeth were gone with stitches in their place instead. They prescribed 4 different types of medicine, and the post-operation instructions are really long and specific. So far, I have just been sleeping a lot and eating these assorted apple sauces from Costco. My mom has been making me steamed eggs like the one below, just without the green onions

Meet Lupin, my long-haired Syrian hamster! I got him last Friday, and he's named after both the Harry Potter character and the type of flower. Lupin is my third pet hamster, and I have been learning about them right around when COVID started.

I went to my first science olympiad competition yesterday! It was pretty fun but also kinda tiring because we had to wake up super early since the bus ride to the competition site was 3 hours long (and the competition started at 8 AM)… On the way back, we stopped by a mall to get dinner. It was pretty late and a lot of the food stores were starting to close down so my friends and I ate at one americanized Chinese restaurant called “China Wok.” It was really similar to Panda Express and they had like 6 variations of the same deep-fried chicken dish. Although the store was supposed to close soon, they still had a decent amount of food left so they were handing out chicken samples like candy. When you ordered, they would ask you “Anything else?” and even if you said “No” they would proceed to stuff in a few spring rolls that you never bought. It tasted pretty good though so I attached an image.
