I haven't done an actual post in a while so here's an actual post i guess


i haven't been doing enough oly math, i've mostly been focusing on amc10 for whatever reason (i mocked a 130.5 on 2021 spring 10a a few days ago)
maybe i just don't feel like doing hard stuff rn
i've been working on writing a mock amc 10, I have five more problems to write and i'll post it to aops for checking answers and difficulty


some non-math stuff:

AHHHH I HATE ELA I HATE ELA I HATE ELA (and US history)
anyway im starting to have more homework now, sadge
i had a piano recital last week, messed up a bit but it's fine i suppose
i played liszt-paganini etude 5 and i'm trying to learn etude 6 but it's way harder

band stuff: (AHHHHHH)

(i play french horn btw)
region band auditions in october, i'm pretty good at my etudes rn but i still need to practice more
hopefully i can actually attend region orchestra unlike last year because of amc 10b :/
the rest of my section is not very good :skull:
concert on oct 3, yay i guess?

anyway back to math

woot class again today
yeah woot is really hard, but i'm definitely getting better at math
anyway i just need to get past september and october and then contest season! yay!!!!!!!!!
i kind of want to just fast forward to november at this point, because fewer contests = less motivation = less grind = less chance of achieving goals this year
i'm really hoping i can keep up the math stuff but i still have to make sure i don't do too much because of burnout
