I've realised I can't go much far with Oly anymore. My friends who prep for JEE instead of waste ton of shi t time in Oly turned out to perform better than me in IOQM and all due to the silly I made.

What is the use of Oly if I can't make it upto INMO? Like yeah ofc, I have a lot of fun trying the Geo problems and all but... The world doesn't allow people to do what they love most of the times and forces the person to walk down the path that the rest of the world walks. So, I've decided to keep very less touch with Oly from now on and instead also do Physics and Chem for JEE. If I would've qualified IOQM this year, I could've requested my parents to let me continue Oly.

Moreover, today morning my father gave me the news that Dodo (yeah thats actually a nickname) is getting 24 in IOQM and that he also made a total of 4 marks silly, so his score would've been 28 and mine would've been 31 (I sillied the 10 marker and now I'm getting 21).

But alas, we do not live in an ideal world, and not only that, this guy gave NSEP this year too, and he is saying that he is confident enough that he will qualify it...

Did my stubborn behaviour of doing just maths cuz I like it and neglecting other subjects lead me to this failure?

Anyways, no more hardcore Oly grind from now on. Just little touch with Oly, not even a single bit more than that. Just JEE.
