Todays date is pretty cool, its 2525 that's not gonna happen until next year.
So I made a desmos thing that somewhat uses roots of unity, so that's pretty interesting:

basically its the illusion with a bunch of points moving in straight lines, but slightly offset and at a different angle, so all together it looks like a polygon moving around the inside a circle. Before I made one specifically for a triangle, square, all the way up to a nonagon, using trig and finding each of the individual angles and stuff, but I figured out how to generalize it using newly learned roots of unity
so now you can just change the number of sides with a slider and it will make that number of sides polygon.
