Once your request is submitted, you can expect to receive the document within the following time frame:

Certificate of Enrollment - 1 week
Certificate of Completion - 1 week
Grade Report - 2 weeks
Summary of Coursework - 2 weeks

Please note that if a course is not yet completed, you can only request a Certificate of Enrollment. A course is completely over once the due dates for all assignments have passed and all homework submissions have been graded.
