An administrator on the Art of Problem Solving website is a user who has powers for a particular forum which moderators and regular users don't.
The short form for administrator is admin.
When a user is an administrator, their username shows up in red. This only happens when the user is in the forum of which they are an administrator.
A user automatically becomes an administrator of a forum if they create it.
Powers
- Lock topics in their forum
- Move topics to other forums
- Delete topics
- Edit other users posts
- Invite users to the forum (If the forum is private)
- Make other users moderators and administrators, comment about certain posts and so on.
