Therefore, in order to prevent frequent vandalism on important pages of the AoPSWiki, they have been locked. An example is the Main Page.
Pages can be Fully protected, meaning only administraters can edit them (I think this is true.) or Semi-protected meaning only registered users can edit. More examples at [1]
