I take issue with the notation <math>\mathbb{Z}_n</math> for integers modulo ''n''. When ''n'' is prime, this notation is used for the ''p''-adic integers, which do not really have any other notation (well perhaps <math>{\widehat{\mathbb{Z}}}_p</math>, but that's not much different). --[[User:ComplexZeta|ComplexZeta]] 01:22, 27 June 2006 (EDT) | I take issue with the notation <math>\mathbb{Z}_n</math> for integers modulo ''n''. I copied this from the AoPS Formulary, and it needs to be converted to Wiki format. Please help! Also, credit for writing this GREAT article goes to ZetaX. --Sean 23:56, 26 June 2006 (EDT)
I take issue with the notation for integers modulo n. When n is prime, this notation is used for the p-adic integers, which do not really have any other notation (well perhaps , but that's not much different). --ComplexZeta 01:22, 27 June 2006 (EDT)
I also don't like the notation , but that is what most people use on ML/AoPS.
