Students are introduced and then guided to solve challenging problems related to these main topics. They will also take part in practice individual and/or team exams during the program. Overview
Star League 3- Week Summer Math Camp is a unique opportunity for interested and talented 4th - 12th grade students to improve their math skills during summer season. Students are guided and trained by an expert faculty via utilizing national and international competitions in a fun and challenging environment. Each day consists of four 90-minutes meetings of number theory, geometry, algebra, and combinatorics. Students are introduced and then guided to solve challenging problems related to these main topics. They will also take part in practice individual and/or team exams during the program. Residential students have also evening and weekend study times.
Courses and Schedule
There are five levels: Pre-Mathcounts, AMC-8/Mathcounts, AMC-10/12, AIME, and USAJMO/USAMO.
Typical daily schedule (Monday – Friday) is as follows:
8:30am - 9:00am Student drop-off
9:00am - 12:15pm Classes
12:15pm - 1:45pm Lunch (will be provided)
1:45pm - 5:00pm Classes
5:00pm - 5:30pm Student pick-up
