Point Slope Form
Point-slope form is a form of graphing the linear equation on the coordinate plane. It is one of the three common ways to represent lines as equations; the other two are standard form () and slope intercept form ().
Equation
Given a point on a line in the coordinate plane, and the slope of the line, , the equation is satisfied for all points on the line.
