The Tournament of Towns is a high school math competition held since 1983. The competition is international, but each city hosts its own competition, so participants do not have to travel.

Structure

The competition takes place in the Fall and Spring and is divided into two levels: O-Level (easier) and A-Level (harder). Each problem is a proof problem, and the number of points per problem varies. The time to take the test is 5 hours. Afterwards, the answers are checked by the local jury in the city of the competition and/or the Central Jury in Moscow.
