Increasing sequence

A sequence $x_1, x_2, x_3, \ldots$ of real numbers is called an increasing sequence if $x_1 \leq x_2 \leq x_3 \leq \ldots$. If $x_1 < x_2 < x_3 \ldots$, the sequence is called strictly increasing.
