UConn Mentor Connection is a three-week residential summer research program at the University of Connecticut for academically talented high schoolers. The program provides students the opportunities to research and undertake creative projects under supervision of university mentors.

Each day the students spend 6-8 hours working with their mentors and other researchers and participants. Current sophomores and juniors are eligible to apply. Applicants must be in the top 25% of their class and have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 unweighted.

The tuition is $3800 in 2014. Financial aid is available.
