A team selection test (TST), or team selection exam (TSE) is a test given to top finishers in a national olympiad to determine the nation's team for an international olympiad such as the IMO or BMO.
Many individuals use TSTs as practice olympiads. Those from China, Romania, and the USA are particularly popular. China's, in particular, is notoriously difficult.
