The follow page creates guidelines for the systematic names of articles.

Capitalization

The search engine is case-sensitive. Like in normal English usage, all proper nouns should be capitalized.

• Capitalize all non-trivial words in anything with any of the following words in it:
  • Theorem
  • Axiom
  • Postulate
  • Principle
• definitely do not capitalize these:
  • Identity
  • Rule
  • Function
• Always capitalize mathematical terms like Cosine or Sine that are not part of the general English language.
• If in doubt, contact an sysop.

Contests

For contest pages, the year should go before the contest name. If there is a compilation sheet of all of the problems, it should be located at YYYY Contest Problems. All of the solutions go to subpages at YYYY Contest Problems/Problem #. The answer key goes to YYYY Contest Answer Key.

Sections

Every non-trivial word in a section header should be captitalized without exception, like the title of a book.
