For this reason, most statistics textbooks tabulate cumulative probabilities for the standard normal distribution, but not for any other, as those can easily be calculated from those of the standard normal.

The former can easily be calculated by using the formula, but the latter, unfortunately, does not have a closed form. Fortunately, computers can calculate both to high accuracy, rendering this problem moot in the majority of cases.
