A perpendicular bisector of a line segment $AB$ is a line segment $CD$ such that $AB$ and $CD$ are perpendicular and $CD$ divides $AB$ into two equal segments.

In a triangle, the perpendicular bisectors of all three sides intersect at the circumcenter.
