Potential Energy

Potential energy is quite literally the amount of energy an object has relative to its potential. The most common type of potential energy is gravitational potential energy, or U, given by the formula mass*gravity*height of dropping point. Other notable theorems including the Conservation of energy theorem, Ki+Ui=Kf+Uf.
