How about, for middle and/or high schools, we add Leningrad Math Olympiads? It is pretty good for middle-schoolers - it's divided into sections by grade from 6th to 12th, and the middle-school problems are great at teaching proofs (although there are some inequalities in middle school). (My 5th grade brother really enjoyed the 7th and 8th grade problems, except for the one inequality problem in there.)
