Requirements

  • Applicant must be a Missouri resident
  • Must be a graduating senior at a Missouri high school who plans to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited four-year college or university - OR - have completed one or two full years at a Missouri community college with sufficient credits to permit transfer to an accredited four-year college or university at the sophomore or junior level, respectively
