Visible light is the frequency band in the electromagnetic spectrum that is above infrared and below ultraviolet. It takes up less than a millionth of a percent of the spectrum, and is the only frequency range visible to the human eye.

Wavelengths of visible light can range from about 380 to 750 nanometers.
