idk if this is what flec was talking about, I interpreted it as vectors, like this boat wants to go directly south, but there's a wind of 5 mph with an angle of x degrees southwest or whatever, then find the angle of the route that the boat needs to go to reach south
something like that. it is pretty useless imho

polar coordinates are actually ok now that I did conics in polar too :skull: I just received more pain from polar, which made me immune ish

matrices are ok ish? the calculations can get bad though. matrices multiplication can get frustrating as well

also my biggest enemy is probably parametrics, aka modelling an object's movement with a third variable time (so bad agh)
