CSS is pretty useful when making great templates. You can use it to build a mechanism like User:CreativeHedgehog/Templates/Alcumus Test.
Next: learn Templating. Templates are just for templating. the things like {{{1}}} will get completely replaced with user inputs. Also, when I mean completely replaced, I mean COMPLETELY replaced.
