The New York State Math League (NYSML) is a math competition for teams from around New York state. It is held every spring at a different site around the state; the 2006 contest was held at Nyack High School in Rockland county and the 2007 contest was held in New York City for the first time. The contest has been held every year since 1973.
The format of NYSML is identical to that of ARML, with 15-member teams competing in Individual, Team, Relay, and Power rounds, although the scoring is slightly different. Teams compete in A and B divisions (just as at ARML).
