Problem

Points $D$, $E$, $F$ are taken respectively on sides $AB$, $BC$, and $CA$ of triangle $ABC$ so that $AD:DB=BE:CE=CF:FA=1:n$. The ratio of the area of triangle $DEF$ to that of triangle $ABC$ is:
