Problem

$ABC$ is a triangle. $X$ lies on $BC$ and $AX$ bisects angle $A$. $Y$ lies on $CA$ and $BY$ bisects angle $B$. Angle $A$ is $60^{\circ}$. $AB + BX = AY + YB$. Find all possible values for angle $B$.
