The Georgia Southern Invitational Mathematics Tournament is an annual high-school math tournament held by Georgia Southern University, in Statesboro, Georgia. The 2010 tournament will occur Saturday, February 13, 2010.

There are three divisions of competition: varsity, junior varsity, and junior high. The tournament consists of a forty-question multiple-choice individual test and several rounds of individual ciphering which only count toward team scores. The written test is ninety minutes for the upper two divisions and sixty minutes for the junior high division; a student's score is forty points plus four points per correct question minus one point per incorrect question. No calculators are permitted in the competition. Individuals and teams are recognized by division and school size. The website contains further information, as well as past exams and results.
