Problem

In quadrilateral $ABCD, BC=8, CD=12, AD=10,$ and $m\angle A= m\angle B = 60^\circ.$ Given that $AB = p + \sqrt{q},$ where $p$ and $q$ are positive integers, find $p+q.$
