Solution

$(2^0-1+5^2-0)^{-1}\times5$ $=(1-1+25-0)^{-1}\times5$ $=25^{-1}\times5$ $=\frac{1}{25}\times5$ $=\frac{1}{5}\implies{\boxed{C}}$
