im actually worried
whenever i do just the slightest bit of cardio
i get like out of breath for like a minute
and i have like trouble breathing
so idk if its like asthma or something
irdk man
will this go away on its own
i cant play soccer
i cant work out
even if i run up some stairs
i'll get out of breath
thats how annoying this is

i didn't hink there would be long term effects
i thought it would only be the rash things on my upper body that are still taking their sweet time to fade away
now im kinda freaking out lol
i guess RIME does cause inflammation
but will m y airways get inflammed
bruh i just want to be back to normal why is medical stuff so scary
