chat idk if glowing up is still possible lol the doctors want me to eat more so i cant starve myself to lose weight anymore

upgrading my hair is the best i can do cause i also cant work out
like maybe with a no excuses mentality and some 3 am motivation i can lift but it don't matter if I'm stuck in a hospital
