which is basically like im hella active right
and then i get sick and im suddenly not active
so my body starts breaking down muscle?
so ive lost stregnth and muscle
..and i gotta work to get it back
bruh im weak as hell now i can barely curl 15 :pounds skull:
i also got an inhaler cause like inflammation and mucus made my airways hella small so kinda like asthma but not asthma
another thing tw maybe
my fingernails are like peeling
i forgot what its called but its a weird body response to autoimmune diseases or somthing
all this stuff and the scars on my hands and upper body is gonna take like months to heal
might not even be fully healed at the beginning of 8th grade

soo stay healthy yall diseases aren't that scary until you get them
group project ended too so rip communication with peyton
tbh i get hella nervous around her..
talking to cute women is scary bruh
