Several AoPS staff members will be at the MATHCOUNTS National Competition in Orlando this week. We'll have a table near registration on Thursday where you can check out our books, trade for snazzy AoPS pins, and get some advice about preparation for MATHCOUNTS and beyond. On Friday morning during the competition, Art of Problem Solving founder Richard Rusczyk will give a talk for parents and teachers about "Life After MATHCOUNTS". This talk will include a variety of strategies and programs for outstanding math students like those at Nationals. The talk is at 9:30 AM, and will be close enough to the competition room that it will help the MATHCOUNTS staff divert anxious parents from hovering near the contest room!

We look forward to returning to MATHCOUNTS Nationals and seeing many of our students, as well as parents and teachers with whom we've worked over the last year!
