Oops I finally caved in

Super Meat Boy for $10 was just too good to pass up :O

I played the flash version a long time ago so thus far it's not too bad - beat the first two chapters in an hour and a half. But I imagine it starts to rear its ugly head some time very soon....

UPDATE 1: Somewhere between 3 and 4 hours in, and have completed the first four light worlds (mod one level in world 4 due to a glitch). It's starting to get pretty hard!

UPDATE 2: Between 4 and 5 hours in. Am about halfway through World 5. I've also been going back to collect some old bandages and dabble in the very early Dark World levels.

UPDATE 3: 7 hours in, am very slowly approaching the end of the last Light World. Apparently I'm almost done with the tutorial!

UPDATE 4: 9 hours in, OH GOD LEVEL 6-5 IS KILLING ME WHY

UPDATE 5: Steam says 11 hours in? Not entirely sure if this is accurate since idk if Steam counted the hours my computer was asleep as play time but FINALLY BEAT 6-5 YESSS

UPDATE 6: 13 hours in, done with Light World! (minus Cotton Alley ofc)

UPDATE 7: 19 hours in, done with Forest and Hospital Dark. Am currently polishing up world 1, unlocking as many hell dark worlds as I can (which is a bit hampered by the glitch from Update 1), and struggling through Cotton Alley. Also somehow have unlocked first three zero worlds, but THEYRE SO HARD AHHHHH

UPDATE 8: 26 hours in, am in Hell Dark and have started to get all A+ ranks in Rapture Light. Have 101%'d Forest, and am about 92% in Hospital.

UPDATE 9: 32 hours in; I'm surprised I haven't played that much over break. Am about halfway through Rapture Dark and halfway through Cotton Alley Light. I've also been trying to go back and find a bunch of Warp Zones and bandages. Maybe I should go ahead and A+ rank the World 6 levels soon....

UPDATE 10: 43 hours in, done with Dark World! (minus Cotton Alley ofc) I still have yet to 106% the game, but maybe I should start considering getting something else to interleave while doing so - one which is much less frustrating....

UPDATE 11: 53 hours in, am working on Cotton Alley Dark (mod 7-20 light because god that's really hard). I also went back and 100%'d Hell, though I have yet to beat the zero world level there. I'm not sure if I'm going to have the motivation to get all the bandages in Rapture though....

UPDATE 12: 57 hours in, A+ ranked 7-20 light (AHH FINALLY) in addition to beating the remaining three zero world levels. (Surprisingly, the sixth one was actually not hard....) Am now in the process of collecting all bandages from Rapture and finishing Cotton Alley Dark, and then I'll be done!

UPDATE 13: 66 hours in. Almost done. Two more levels in Cotton Alley Dark left....

In other news, I've been fakesolving homework problems at record pace over the past week.
