do you ever feel like u stop breathing in the middle of the night
its been happening to me and my friend recently
like you fall asleep normally and it feels like a few mins later u randomly wake up cuz u stopped breathing
so you breathe for a few seconds then go back to sleep
then u wake up again cuz u stopped breathing so u hafta make urself breathe again
its rlly weird
anyone know what this is

i didnt go to school cuz im sick hehe
idk why i said hehe to that
i forgot to msg my teachers asking about missing work but wtv i'll just say i was too sick to do anything
now im paranoid that i have the stomach bug even tho this is clearly a viral infection
