losing motivation in sports

i hope some of u relate to this
but
like
how do people stay motivated
to like continue their sport/martial art
like even through constant injuries and stuff
cuz I feel like in kendo for me
after every practice I'm getting tons of blisters
and my feet and arms hurt and are sore
and it hurts to walk for days
etc
so I feel like since ur constantly in those situations
it would be easy to lost motivation to keep going and persisting since ur sport or wtv causes pain every time
cuz I'm starting to feel like it'd be easier just to quit or wtv and it saves a whole lotta injuries and energy too
but there's always a little thing in the back of my mind telling me to keep going and than the injuries are part of the process of getting better
but over time it's starting to get more and more difficult
to listen to the part of my brain and keep continuing
like how in the world do pro athletes and stuff
work through all those like moments of pain and suffering and tiredness and passing out etc
and how do they just keep getting motivation to keep going
cuz like I'm not even old enough to have a ranking in kendo
so it's not like I'm working towards getting a rank or whatever cuz it's literally impossible for me to get that goal right now
idk
like it feels like this isn't even worth it anymore since after every practice I'm like exhausted and throwing up and like about to pass out and struggling to walk and wtv and I get that's just part of getting good at kendo
but idk I feel like it's getting easier and easier to just quit at this point
idk this was a weird rant
pls tell me someone relates to this
or else imma just feel like and idiot
adios
