wow totally healthy sleeping habits

i got like 30 minutes of sleep last night
i went to bed at like 6:45 and woke up at 7:15
dude it was insane like when i "went to bed" i could alr see light outside :sob:
basically what happened was i had to finish a book for english class
and i had to read 150 pages
i started reading at like 7 pm and was actually really productive
and i got through 50 pages by like 8pm
and then for some reason i just got really distracted
and i just like didnt get any work done
for hours
and hours
and hours
around like 2 or 3 am i started calling with my friend
and we just kept calling until like 5:30
which is when we started our spanish homework
at this point i had been reading my book on and off
and i still had around 70 pages left to read
so after we finished spanish hw we left the call and it was like 6 am
so i read until i had 45 pages left
and that was at like 6:30 at that point
and then i just layed there not able to sleep for 15-20 minutes
because i remember right before i fell asleep was when my mom woke up
and she wakes up around 6:45
this morning i had to wake up at 7:15 to go to orchestra rehearsal
so yeah half an hour of sleep
somehow im like not really tired
the only thing ive noticed is that the back of my neck is sore but thats probably just from reading
throughout school somehow i felt more awake than i feel usually
usually im on like 2-4 hours of sleep for reference
by like 8th period im normally exhausted and falling asleep
but today i was actually feeling pretty awake which is cool
i didnt hafta take a nap today too which was interesting cuz normally i hafta take a nap
i wonder if this is just my bodys last ditch effort to keep me alive
