the concept is just crazy to me
when i was little
as in like when i was 8
i always agreed with the whole like "no dating until ur 14" thing that i see everywhere
but now that im 13
im like
woah there 14 is wayyyy to young
i feel like a "situationship" is one thing, but DATING is a whole other concept
i have friends who go through "breakups" in like 7th grade
and then it gets really toxic and stuff its kinda weird
imo you shouldnt like be SERIOUSLY dating until ur 16 or 17
so that u can like actually take the person on a date
cuz like you can drive and stuff uk
if its younger than that it feels slightly useless unless ur parents know ur dating or wtv and theyre willing to take u places lol
but i mean props to u if u can sustain a relationship in middle school ig

coming from an indian background my parents will not in a million years be okay with this, but i honestly wouldn't do it either because school is more important than relationships at an early age.

@bove i also come from an indian background and my mom said shell completely support my relationships as long as im in high school and not middle school lol

but i agree i feel like its better to have a relationship when u have ur life kinda planned out
cuz breaking up is pretty serious at a young age
