I accidentally fell asleep
I don't even know what time it was
it was prob like between 8-10
earliest I've slept in years lol
I know I showered but I forgot to brush my teeth
like I woke up at midnight and realized I didn't brush my teeth but never processed why
and then I went straight back to sleep
idk how that happened
I woke up at 9
which means I slept between 11 and 13 hours
I still feel tired tbh
when my mom wakes up I need to ask her when I went to sleep
ugh that means I didn't wear my retainer all night
this is gonna hurt when I put it in :sob:
it's the second time this has happened now lol
I think I'm alr exhausted from school bleh
imma go brush my teeth now
