the stuff that keeps me up at night too
because im an overthinker
and yeah

1) thinking that every little pain i get means that im gonna die of a heart attack
2) thinking that any pain in my leg means im gonna have a blood clot and die from its complications
3) whenever my neck is sore i think that its lymphoma
4) worrying that im gonna fail 8th grade
5) thinking that my back being sore is a sign of nerve damage
6) being scared that ive eaten too much bacon in my life and im gonna die of heart disease
7) someone breaking into my house at 3 am and oofing my whole family
8) my grandparents dying
9) being scared that imma get jumped the second i walk into a sus alleyway
10) thinking that all my teachers and friends hate me

as you can tell
i worry about death a lot
i think i possibly have health anxiety
well
i need to study for my math test now
before i start overthinking again
