in english class we have to make up our own myth (as in like a greek mythology myth)
and like the myth has to like explain a phenomena on earth (or human emotions)
so i chose for mine to explain soulmates
im not really sure how my teacher accepted it since soulmates dont actually exist but its okay
in the beginning i had a really good idea for my myth
but after doing more research i realized that my idea is almost identical to the existing myth/explanation for soulmates
and it wouldve looked like i just copied that
so now im stuck with a really bad storyline
it was due at 11:59 (its currently 1:05 am)
but i emailed my teacher for an extension because my tics were making me like
not able to write anything at all and i couldnt make any progress
im thinking about typing up a few paragraphs before i go to bed
but i still dont have a solid story and im really stuck
my friend legit did like almost 3 pages worth of stuff all tonight
and he submitted it in time
he a literal genius lol
im hoping that my teacher grants me the extension
cuz otherwise my english grade is screwed
luckily though honors english is really easy to get into and i think id be able to get in even if i got like a 60% on this
honestly im not really sure cuz im not the best at writing/reading especially creative writing
im normally a creative person but when it comes to having to make up a story
thats where my skills usually drop off lol
imma see if i can fall asleep before 2 today
