ok so this year I almost completely stopped talking to some people js cuz they got another friend group and I didn't rlly wanna he in that group so I js distanced myself. I was friendgroupless for like 7 months but luckily around december-january I got a new friend group lol it's kinda tiny only 4 people (2 dudes 2 gals) but it's honestly really W. theyre my best friends in the whole world lol
I got a lot closer to my friend from 3rd grade and I'm hoping to maintain all my friendships for as long as possible lol especially my friends who are a year older than me (rising sophomores) cuz we're like super duper close and tell each other everything

dude all the 8th grade teachers are so W they all get a 10/10 from me. my english (and homeroom) teacher had the best humor/sarcasm in the world and we shared a lot of laughs together. my math teacher was so kind and she taught me for 2 years I'm really grateful for her cuz she's helped me a lot. my social studies teacher is actually amazing she's funny and caring and i found myself wanting to just stay in her class the entire day because of how fun she is. my science teacher was overall just really cool and chill her room always had the lights off and it was super cozy and she was really funny as well. my spanish teacher was amazing at explaining how stuff worked in spanish and was really patient too
billiam was still the W orchestra teacher he was and made life overall enjoyable
I gave my social studies teacher a giant hug on the last day of school. i was tearing up at having to leave because of how wonderful she was all year long and i think I'll miss her a lot

after 7th grade being such an easy year for me 8th was still pretty chill. I noticed that there was much heavier of a workload and I actually had to study for tests which was new (and I was not good at it) but honestly i did fine and if I didn't procrastinate as much I would've had a really good sleep schedule lol
I think my lowest grade was like a 98.9 or something like that idk I don't have access to my grades in taiwan

literally nothing has changed tbh I didn't get any new clothes over the school year I don't think besides this 1 hoodie my friend gave me. all I do is just long black sweatpants with a tshirt and hoodie then fun socks and black shoes with purple laces
in taiwan I just wear shorts with a tshirt and sometimes a button up over it. I've gotten a tiny bit of jewelry but it's just a rainbow bunny necklace and a silver mustache ring. for a while in school I just wore this plain ring that was just a band and nth else.

overall 8th grade was like the best year of my life I made so many new amazing friends and built really good relationships with a lot of people
I'm hoping 9th grade will go just as well and if not better even with the academic stress that comes with taking 3 aps freshman year lol
