and disgusting
cuz my brother sweats like a billion gallons of sweat every time we have kendo
and today he just came up to me
then collected a bunch of his sweat in his hand cuz it was dripping from his hair
and he just splashed it all on me
it's so disgusting
idek how it's possible to sweat that much
like in 3rd grade he was sent to the nurse to get ice 4 times
cuz he was sweating so much after recess
we should probably get him checked for hyperhidrosis or smth
legit does anyone else sweat this much?
it's not like he was exercising a lot either
like
he started dripping sweat withing 5 mins of entering the gym
and he wiped all his sweat on my kendo gear so now I hafta wash it :sob:

i havent gone in a month
because of my trip to taiwan
so the moment me and my brother walked in
this asian dude walks in
and we're like
who in the world is that
cuz we havent had anyone new here for a really long time because of covid
and we're like asking the other two kids (theyre 14 and 11)
and theyre like we have no idea who they are either
but then we just move on and start putting on our boku

that was a weird experience

since we were gone for so long
and we didnt practice at all in taiwan bc my dad is the one with all the friends who do kendo and he didnt go on the trip with us
so we got our men (helmet/ jail lookin thingy) and kote (elongated mitten with like cardboard or smth) and put it to the side
and we did our normal warmup (100-150 haya suburi look it up if u want idrc)
and then me and my brother were alr like dying
cuz we were so tired and not used to it alr
but it was only a month lol

my arms are alr sore from practice
i have a feeling my legs and feet are gonna be sore tmr morning
