I'll be back - AMC 12A result

Was expecting a 141, but 3 misreads and 2 off-by-one's brought it down to a 111.

Breezed through first 20 within 35 mins then used the remaining time to knock out problems 22, 23, and 25 instead of checking the first 20. One of the worst decisions of my life.

What angers me is that I'll have to wait a whole da*n week to seek revenge. Hopefully, once I do, it will be just as sweet as this morning was bitter.

IMO, this test was harder not because of the difficulty of the problems but because of the many chances to silly a problem (at least I wasn't rodblocked).

Just my two cents, I get that you're frustrated over the 12A, but being angry won't accomplish anything and won't help your 12B score either. I think you've got to take a step back and try to chill out a little bit. Remember, you aren't defined by your contest results.

Good luck on the 12B though.
