What do you do when you hit a wall?

Two mornings ago I looked in the mirror and started making out an outline of my soon-to-be 4-pack.
However, this morning I looked again and almost cried.
The protein shake that I eat as dinner.
The 1100-1200 calorie meal plans.
The smell of pizza (which the other campers often order) once I step out my room at night.
The 5th rep of basically every set of weights I do (I usually do 3x5, the first set being heavy as death, the second set -10, the third set -20).
The 1-min sprints every 5 minute interval for my wind sprints.
The 1000-calorie cardio workouts I do on days when my muscles hurt from lifting the day before.
The extra runs I go on at night, esp. during the long uphill path I force myself to sprint through.
The hamstring sprains I often get while doing crossovers on the basketball court.
Today I sprained my hamstring pretty seriously while one-v-one'ing this random guy at the court, and I literally punched the bench in the bathroom.
To top it off, as I was walking back almost tripping every other step I walk I ran into a cute girl at the camp who I've been wanting to impress.
Tomorrow, I'm changing my meal plan from 1100-1200 to 800-900 to relax my legs for a few days.
It sucks, and I guess what I want to say is that behind every success is a dark long road of failures, doubts, and thoughts of giving up. I may have not realized it but I've taken so much of this for granted.
Finally, some inspirational quotes from Stanford-bound-six-packed-programming god who has been through this process librian2000 who has kept me motivated throughout this whole process:
"naeun is my apink bias" - librian2000
"dude this always happens during weight loss, u think ur hitting a wall, but you just gotta keep grinding" - librian2000
"a lot of ppl quit at this point when trying to get abs from being fat but ik u got this" - librian2000
"fast forward 2 months you'll be crying in joy" - librian2000
"well, at least [name of girl at my school] will see the abs once school starts again" - librian2000
RAGE ON!!!
